A little about me. My name is Cindy Schulson and I've spent 16 years helping coaches who know their work is deeper than how it's currently coming across. My work is about closing that gap.
Before working with coaches, I spent 10 years in Strategic Communications for global brands like Coca-Cola and Visa.
That background taught me how to find the golden threads inside complex expertise and translate them into something the right people understand, trust and choose.
I believe your depth is your greatest advantage, and I love helping experts like you sort through everything you know, find what matters most and create messaging and programs that make your value clear.
Do You Have Any Questions?
Q. When can we start? We can get started right away. You'll get the first Reflection Guide right after you sign up, so you can dive in. You'll also get the link to schedule your first private coaching call.
Q. How long will this take? Plan on around 2 weeks between sessions. That means we'll have your Signature Program designed and ready to sell in 8 weeks. If you need it done a little quicker or a little longer, that's perfectly fine as well.
Q. Do I need a program already? No. Some coaches come in with a program that isn't selling. Others are still selling their time and know there's a program in them. Either way, we start with the expertise you already have.
Q. What makes this different from other programs out there? We don't just create any program. We create a Signature Program you become known for, that your ideal clients really want, and that naturally inspires your clients to continue working with you.
And we do it together, step-by-step. This much personal attention at this investment is rare, especially from someone who’s spent 16 years on exactly this.
Q. Do I have to finish building my program before I can sell it? No, and I’d actually suggest you don't do that.
