1. Small Group Coaching

We meet every 2 weeks for live small group coaching calls.  

You'll learn from every question that's asked, and we keep the calls very interactive so you can ask questions, share your ideas, and get the help you need.

You'll walk away from each call with clear steps about what you need to do to move your business forward. 

You'll get the recordings of all the calls -- including all past calls.  

And if you can't make a call, no worries. You can ask a question in advance and I'll be sure to address it for you on the call.

2. Group Virtual Days

Every quarter, we do a Group Virtual Day. We spend 3 hours together working on an important project to help you grow your business.  

We start with a live training, then take a break as you implement what you just learned. Then we reconvene to help you refine what you created and create actionable next steps.

Here are some of the topics we've covered: Signature Program, Websites, Strategy Sessions, Online Challenges.

You get access to the recordings of all past Group Virtual Days. And I'm always open to topics you have for future days.

3. Private Coaching

Every quarter, you get a private laser coaching call with me. This is a great opportunity to get my personal feedback to help you grow your business.

Q. When are the live group coaching calls? We meet the second Tuesday of the month at 10am PST / 1pm EST, and the fourth Tuesday of the month at 1pm PST / 4pm EST. We do that to accomodate different time zones and schedules. So even if you can only make one call a month, you're good. We keep an updated schedule of upcoming calls in the Member Area, and we send reminders before each call.

Q. What happens if I can't make a call? You can share your questions in advance and we'll address it on the call. We send a recording of the call within 24 hours after the call.

Q. How long are the group coaching calls? We stay on the Zoom line until every person has been fully supported. Sometimes we finish in an hour, other times we'll go for 90 minutes or even more. I'm committed to staying until everyone is helped.

Q. What kind of trainings are in the Member Area? We have trainings on everything from list building, to strategic planning, webinars, online challenges, messaging, sales conversations, VIP days, and more. And we're constantly adding to the library of trainings.

Q. What happens on the Group Virtual Days? These days are really popular. We spend 3 hours together learning and implementing -- so you walk away with stuff done! Our next one is happening this coming Tuesday and we're going to create your landing page together!

Q. Can I listen to past Group Virtual Days you've done? Yes. You'll get access to all the recordings from past Group Virtual Days when you join.

Q. Can I get help in between group coaching calls? Yes. I'm in the Facebook group every business day so you get regular access to me. You'll also get valuable support from the rest of the Smart Action Club family.

Q. Do I really get private laser coaching calls with you? Yes! It's one of my personal values to include some private coaching in every program I offer.
